Service Agreement and User Responsibilities

By using AllCall AI’s voice agent services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our AI voice agents are designed to handle incoming calls, qualify leads, schedule appointments, and provide customer support on your behalf. You are responsible for providing accurate business information, including your services, pricing, availability, and any specific instructions for handling customer inquiries. You must ensure that your use of our services complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. Any misuse of our AI voice agents for illegal activities, harassment, or fraudulent purposes will result in immediate service termination. You retain full responsibility for all business decisions and customer interactions that result from our AI agent recommendations or actions.

Call Handling and Data Collection

Our AI voice agents collect and process call data to provide effective service, including caller information, conversation content, appointment scheduling details, and customer inquiry patterns. This information is used to qualify leads, book appointments in your calendar, provide customer support, and generate analytics reports about your call performance. We collect only the information necessary to deliver our services effectively, including caller names, phone numbers, email addresses when provided, appointment preferences, and business-related inquiries. All call recordings and data are stored securely and used solely for service delivery, quality improvement, and generating insights for your business. We do not sell or share your customer data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Privacy Protection and Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect all call data and customer information processed by our AI voice agents. Your customer data is encrypted during transmission and storage, with access limited to authorized personnel only. We maintain compliance with applicable privacy regulations and industry best practices for data protection. Our AI systems are designed to handle sensitive information appropriately, including automatically detecting and protecting personally identifiable information during conversations. We regularly update our security protocols and conduct audits to ensure the highest level of data protection. In the event of any security incident, we will notify affected customers promptly and take immediate corrective action.

Service Modifications and Updates

  1. We continuously improve our AI voice agents with new features, enhanced natural language processing, and better integration capabilities
  2. Service updates may include improvements to call routing, lead qualification processes, appointment scheduling functionality, and customer support capabilities
  3. Major changes to our service terms will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via email notification
  4. Pricing changes will be provided with 60 days notice, and existing customers will have the option to maintain current rates for the duration of their contract period
  5. Technical improvements and bug fixes are implemented automatically to ensure optimal service performance

Service Limitations and Liability

While our AI voice agents are highly advanced, they may occasionally require human intervention for complex inquiries or unusual situations. We cannot guarantee that every call will be handled perfectly, and you maintain the right to review and modify any appointments or commitments made by the AI agent on your behalf. Our liability is limited to the monthly service fee paid, and we are not responsible for lost business opportunities, customer dissatisfaction, or other indirect damages. We provide service level agreements for uptime and response quality, with credits available for service interruptions. You acknowledge that AI technology, while sophisticated, may not handle every situation exactly as a human would, and you accept this limitation as part of the service.

Contract Terms and Cancellation Policy

Service contracts are typically month-to-month with a 30-day notice period for cancellation. Setup fees are non-refundable, as they cover the cost of training your AI agent and integrating with your business systems. You may cancel at any time with written notice, and service will continue until the end of your current billing period. All data and call recordings will be made available for download for 90 days following cancellation, after which they will be securely deleted. If you wish to pause service temporarily, we offer suspension options for up to 6 months while maintaining your AI agent configuration and training data.
